As the Chief Operations Officer for construction, Harvey is responsible for ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective and that the proper management of resources and staff are maintained through the project supervisors. Harvey also monitors staffing levels, expectations and motivation to fulfill company requirements. Harvey is also responsible for seeking and securing new business opportunities.
